Art Mosaic Factory is the art studio of Foshan E-Tile Building Material Co., Ltd. — fourteen years of mosaic production, and a workshop that cuts commissioned murals by hand. If you are sourcing rather than buying a single piece, this is the page for you.
Most “mosaic suppliers” you will find online are resellers. They take your order, forward it to a workshop, add a margin, and step out of the way when something goes wrong. That model breaks down badly on commissioned work, because the person quoting you is not the person cutting your mosaic.
\nWe are the manufacturer. The workshop that proofs your artwork is the workshop that cuts, sets, sections and crates it. That means three practical things for a buyer:
\nWhy this matters for the trade specifically: when you quote a client, your margin is fixed at the moment you commit a price. A supplier who cannot tell you what a design actually costs to make is a supplier who costs you money on the second order, not the first.

We produce under the buyer’s own brand where required. Your label, your packaging, your documentation — we remain the unnamed manufacturer. Design files stay yours; we do not re-offer a customer’s bespoke design to anyone else.
\nFor trade and contract work we supply physical sample boards of the actual tesserae and palette for sign-off. Approving real glass rather than a screen image is the single cheapest way to avoid a colour dispute on a finished wall.
\nEach mural is photographed at the proof stage, during cutting and setting, and after sectioning. The setting-out drawing, section map and adhesive specification ship with the goods. For a distributor, that pack is also what lets you answer your own customer’s questions without coming back to us.
\nSend your specification, target quantity, required delivery date and destination port. You will get a quotation with a production programme, not an estimate. Email tinafs618@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
\nNo formal minimum. In practice the economics favour pieces from roughly one metre across, and repeat motif schemes for long runs are considerably more efficient per square metre than one-off compositions. Tell us the programme and we will price it properly.
Yes. Private label and OEM production is routine for us. We ship with your branding and documentation and do not re-offer your bespoke designs to other buyers.
Yes — material and palette sample boards for designer or client sign-off. For bespoke designs we also supply the proof rendering before any cutting begins.
Typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment, with milestone payments on larger programmes. We quote FOB, CIF or delivered, in USD, EUR or RMB, fixed at quotation so exchange-rate movement does not change your cost.
Yes. Once a palette is approved we document it and can reproduce it for later phases or sister properties. Glass colour is inherent to the material rather than a surface coating, so a re-order years later will still match.
